    Don't only look to cafés and libraries for good spots to do remote work - many Scandic hotels offer a great environment for working or studying on a laptop in the hotel lobby, with free wifi and special co-working tables equipped with many power outlets set up for the purpose. Scandic Continental is one of the most central hotels in Stockholm with such facilities - right across the street from Central Station. There are also smaller tables with sofas and armchairs in addition to the co-working desks, and the reception and bar is close at hand for getting a coffee, drink or some food. The opening hours are generous so this is a nice place to go to for remote working in evening time, and also for meeting up with friends or colleagues since the central location is easy to get to and from with public transport.
