When I visited 2023-05-26 this place had become an Espresso house, which is still good for remote work or studies. There are some seats with power outlets, wifi is free and there is a wc for guests. If you don't need to be plugged in for power supply, you can also choose to sit in the shade at nice tables outside, at least in summer time.
